By responding to our request to use your content with a hashtag, direct message, email confirmation, written consent, or other affirmative response, you agree to these User Generated Content (UGC) Terms & Consent.

Grant of Rights

You grant pediped a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the content you submit or authorize us to use (the "Content").

This license includes the right to use the Content on:

• pediped.com and affiliated websites
• Product pages and product galleries
• Social media platforms
• Email marketing campaigns
• Digital advertisements
• Printed marketing materials
• Catalogs and lookbooks
• Public relations and promotional materials
• Other marketing and business purposes

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Content to pediped.

However, you grant pediped the rights described in these Terms for the duration permitted by applicable law unless otherwise revoked in writing and accepted by pediped.

Representations and Warranties

By granting permission, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You own or control all rights necessary to grant the permissions described herein.
• Any individuals appearing in the Content have consented to its use.
• For minors appearing in the Content, you are the parent/legal guardian or have obtained appropriate parental consent.
• The Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• The Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Content Modifications

You acknowledge and agree that pediped may:

• Resize, crop, edit, format, or modify the Content.
• Combine the Content with other content, graphics, text, or materials.
• Use portions of the Content rather than the entirety.
• Remove captions, hashtags, or accompanying text.

pediped will not materially alter the overall message or context of the Content in a misleading manner.

Attribution

pediped may, but is not obligated to, provide attribution to the creator through social media tags, usernames, or other forms of credit.

No Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, granting permission to use Content does not entitle you to compensation, royalties, licensing fees, or other payments.

Any store credit, gifted products, affiliate commissions, discounts, or other incentives provided as part of a collaboration are governed by the applicable collaboration agreement.

Removal Requests

If you wish to request removal of Content from future use, please contact us at: hello@pediped.com

While we will make reasonable efforts to honor future removal requests, we cannot guarantee removal from materials already published, distributed, printed, archived, or otherwise in circulation.

Right to Refuse or Remove Content

pediped reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, remove, or discontinue use of any Content at any time and for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pediped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of your Content.

Changes to These Terms

pediped reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
