We’re committed to getting your pediped® order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible!
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- We offer free domestic shipping on all $99+ orders. For all other orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as sales or holidays.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Missing or Delayed Packages
- Please double-check the shipping information you enter at checkout. pediped® cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly-entered address. If you realized that you entered the wrong address after checking out, please email us at hello@pediped.com immediately, and we will do our best to update your shipping address before the order goes out.
- If your tracking information says "delivered," but you have still not received your package, we advise checking in with everyone at the residence, leasing/management office, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please email us at hello@pediped.com.
