Points & Store Credit Policies
- Point Accumulation: Program members earn 3 points for every $1 spent.
- Redemption: Accumulated points can be converted into store credit. This credit is then applied as a discount toward future transactions.
- Expiration Policy: Unused points expire 12 months after the original date of issuance.
VIP Status Tiers & Validity
- Status Qualification: A member's VIP status is determined by the total number of points earned within a single calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). Reaching specific point thresholds unlocks higher membership tiers.
- Status Duration: Once a specific VIP tier is achieved, that status is maintained for the remainder of the current calendar year, plus the entire subsequent calendar year.
- Maintaining Status: To renew or maintain a specific status for subsequent years, the member must meet the minimum point requirement for that tier again within the current full calendar year.
- Tier Benefits: Each VIP tier offers unique benefits, which may include exclusive discounts, early product access, or special services, rewarding the program's most loyal participants.
