Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't work out! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund — as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Domestic Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. pediped® reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- For domestic customers, the first return or exchange is free! For any additional returns or exchanges, a restocking or shipping fee will apply and will be calculated and displayed during the return process.
- Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are processed the same day we receive your items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned shoes are inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund.
- Any returns on purchases made with a gift card will result in a credit being issued to the customer’s pediped® account.
International Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of any product in its unused, original condition for a refund of the purchase price (within 30 days of the purchase date).
For international customers, the customer will pay for return shipping. Pediped® will not provide shipping labels for any international returns. After you initiate your return in Loop (see the Return Portal below), you will be prompted to take the package to the nearest carrier of your choice and pay for shippi

Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days. You will be issued a refund for your returned item(s) on your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Return Portal.
- Choose whether you’d like to return or exchange your item and provide the necessary details.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label for your first return or exchange. For additional returns on the same item, shipping costs or restocking fees will apply.
Gift Returns
If you have received a gift that you would like to return, the item must currently be for sale on our website and not marked "FINAL SALE" to be eligible. If your item is eligible for a return, please contact customer support at hello@pediped.com.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on marked down items. Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for a price adjustment. See the specific promotion for details.
