Remove all insoles, then wash shoes separately in cold water on a gentle cycle with regular detergent. Do not use bleach. Open hook-and-loop fasteners and allow shoes to air dry away from direct sunlight before reinserting the insoles. Do not tumble dry.

Place the child’s heel against a wall.
Have the child stand with toes resting flat.
Measure from the heel to the longest toe.
Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
When between sizes, choose the next size up.

The shoes fit my grandson perfectly and as always, when he stated to his parents that they were "full of sand," they had no need to hesitate and added them to the washing machine where they emerged unscathed and free of sand. My 4 yr old loves these. These are lightweight, flexible and they have worn well. Love the color too...goes with all his clothes. He has very narrow heels and feet and these are a great fit. Run true to size.
