Have the child stand with toes resting flat.
Measure from the heel to the longest toe.

These shoes are so cute and very comfortable. They fit well and are easy for the first walker. We have bought many pedipeds in the past without any issues. However, this little pair of shoes one of the straps came unsewed and we had to stitch it back on and also the bottoms very quickly are wearing through. I think they will hold up long enough to get to the next pair. Thanks
