Orders must be placed by 12pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day. The delivery time for 2-Day and Overnight shipping does not include weekends. For example:

• If you place your order on Friday before 12pm PST, the order will ship on Friday afternoon and arrive on Monday (with Overnight shipping) or Tuesday (with 2-Day Express shipping).
• If you place your order on Friday after 12pm PST, the order will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday (with Overnight shipping) or Wednesday (with 2-Day Express shipping).

Alaska & Hawaii

Ground/Standard Delivery

Orders with ground/standard delivery will be delivered via FedEx or the US Postal Service, depending on the destination. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

2-Day Express and Overnight Delivery

2-Day FedEx expedited shipping is available for $19.95 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). Overnight delivery is available for $29.95 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. A signature may be required upon delivery, and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. 2-Day Express and Overnight delivery may not be available for some zip codes.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE

Your country or region may charge additional duties or taxes on international shipments coming from the United States. Shoes are shipped from USA via FedEx and in some instances, your government may impose additional taxes if the order size exceeds allowed exemptions. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, please place each order separately.
