Final Sale / Promotional Items
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Items that were awarded or free are not eligible for return.
If you have received a gift that you would like to return, the item must currently be for sale on our website and not marked "FINAL SALE" to be eligible for credit. You will receive store credit for the current selling price. If your item is eligible for a return, please create an account or sign in to an existing account, then click Returns. Store credit for gift returns does not include return shipping fees.
Returns Involving Gift Cards
Any returns on purchases made with a gift card will result in a credit being issued to the customer’s pediped® account.
We do not offer price adjustments on marked down items. Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for a price adjustment. See the specific promotion for details.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for any reason, our exchange process works as a return and repurchase. pediped® does not offer direct product exchanges.
You may return any product in its unused, original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Please navigate to your pediped® account and process a return, as noted above, to return the item. Then, purchase the item for which you would like to replace your previous purchase. No need to wait for your refund on your original purchase. As soon as we receive the returned item in our warehouse, you will be refunded automatically on your original purchase method. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns made after 30 days must be performed via pediped® Reward points. Returns will not be accepted more than 60 days after the original purchase date.
Not completely satisfied?
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase purchased directly from Pedipd.com, Pedipedoutlet.com or our Town Square location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
