Schools Program FAQs
Who may register a school for the program?
We recommend that a leader of the PTA or PTO register your school, as we find this is usually the most efficient way to spread the word about the program. However, anyone from your school, or associated with your school, may register your school. As of January 1, 2015, pediped® ♥ schools will only be able to accept schools within the United States and Canada.

How does my school receive credit for purchases?
Your school will receive a unique code upon registering for the program. pediped® will track all purchases attributed to your school’s code and give 10% back in the form of a check to your school.
Who can use my school's code?
Anyone who would like to support your school can use your school’s code. We encourage parents and staff to pass the code along to friends and family so they can participate, too!
How do I apply my school’s code to a purchase?
When you are checking out on pediped.com, enter your school's code in the Promotion Code box. If you are shopping at the pediped® store in Henderson, Nevada, or Las Vegas, Nevada, you can give our school’s code to the cashier.
How long do I have to earn money for my school?
You can earn money for your school 365 days a year. In September, pediped® will send a check for the twelve-month period ending May 15. Any money earned after May 15 will be credited to the following year.
How can I get others involved?
Here are a few ideas from the past year's top-earning school:
- Email parents regularly (at least four times) with your school’s code and a link to the pediped website.
- Incorporate the code into another event. Our top school encouraged kids to buy shoes for the school’s 5K.
- Download and print these handy materials to pass out multiple times throughout the year.
Where and when will the check be sent?
pediped® will send the check on or around September 15. pediped will make the check out to your school's PTA, PTO, or General Fund depending on the selection made upon enrollment. Checks made out to the General Fund will be sent to your principal or school director, who will decide how to distribute the funds.
How much can my school earn and is there a minimum?
Each school can earn up to a maximum of $10,000 per year. There is a $50 minimum of earnings that must be hit for a check to be sent. For example, if your school spends $1,000 for the entire year, then a $100 check will be sent. If your school spends $100 for the entire year, then a $10 check will not be sent because the $50 minimum will not have been earned. Amounts under $50 will be rolled over to the next school year.

What happens if I forget to enter my code?
