1. Do pediped® Originals® stay on?
pediped® Originals® are made from such a soft, pliable leather and are so comfortable that kids enjoy wearing them. Infants don’t even try to take them off! pediped Originals® also feature hook and loop fasteners that ensure shoes stay securely in place.
2. How safe are pediped® shoes?
pediped® footwear understands that nothing is more important than your child’s safety. We are committed to offering only products that adhere to the most stringent standard for leather safety guidelines available. These guidelines, known as the British and European Safety Standard for Toys (EN 71-3), ensure that infant and children’s products do not contain harmful levels of substances such as lead. We also comply with all product safety rules and regulations as established by the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). You can click here to view our compliance certificate. To guarantee that pediped® shoes are safe, we conduct thorough, random tests at the nation’s foremost leather testing facility. We also conduct regular tests within our own production facilities. Testing ensures that we meet the stringent safety guidelines above, and great efforts must be made to comply.
Your child’s safety is and always will be our top priority. Rest assured that pediped® footwear is among the safest footwear available.

4. Can I put pediped® footwear in the washing machine?
Select styles in pediped Grip ‘n’ Go™ and Flex® lines are machine washable. Look for the machine washable symbol as you shop to determine if a shoe is machine washable. Not all pediped® footwear is machine washable. Please see our Care Instructions page to find the best way to properly clean non-machine washable footwear.
5. Is it safe if my infant puts pediped® footwear in his/her mouth?
Absolutely. pediped® uses only the highest quality, non-toxic leather to ensure infant safety and peace of mind for parents.
6. Are larger sizes available?
Currently, pediped Originals® are available in sizes 0-24 months (US sizes 2.5-6). pediped Grip 'n' Go™ shoes are available in EU sizes 18-23 (US sizes 3.5-7 kids), which on average includes children ages 6 months to 3 years. pediped Flex® shoes are available in EU sizes 20-38 (US sizes 5 kids - 6 youth), which on average includes children ages 1 year - 9 years. Please note, not all Flex® shoes come in the full size range.
7. Can pediped® footwear be worn in the rain or snow?
Our machine washable and Adventure Line shoes may get wet, but are not waterproof. Like other 100% leather shoes, pediped Originals® are not recommended for rain or snow. They may be worn outdoors, but on dry surfaces.
8. Why are the soles of pediped Originals® black?
pediped® footwear has black soles to keep the shoes looking clean and new for as long as children wear them.
9. What is nubuck?
Nubuck is top-grain leather that has been sanded or buffed to give a slight nap of short protein fibers, producing a velvet-like surface. One of the most expensive leathers available, nubuck is similar in appearance to suede, but its texture is finer. Unlike suede, nubuck is created from the outer side of a hide, giving it more strength and thickness along with a fine grain. 1. Can I exchange or return pediped® footwear?
Yes. We are happy to return or exchange any unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Exchange & Return Policy for details.
2. How can I order pediped® footwear?
You may place an order via our website or by calling us at 702-567-0311. Please be sure to include the style, size, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date, credit card billing address, email address, and any special instructions.
3. Which forms of payment are accepted by pediped® footwear?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay and Paypal.
4. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the same day (US and Puerto Rico only; excludes weekends and holidays). Shipping times from our facility in Henderson, Nevada, vary depending on location. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please email us at [email protected] and we will track your parcel. Shipments to non-continental US states typically take 7-14 business days from the order date. Shipping times to international destinations vary depending on location. 5. How can I check order status?
You may check your order status on our website. Simply log in to your Account to see your order number and tracking information. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be linked to the FedEx page where you may check your delivery status.
6. I forgot to enter my coupon code. Can I get reimbursed for the shipping?
We are unable to reimburse shipping fees.
7. My coupon code isn't working. What do I do?
Please make sure you are entering the code exactly as it appears. After you enter the code click "Apply" and you will see a message stating that your discount code has been applied. If you continue to have trouble, please call a customer service representative at

1. How do you pronounce pediped®?
pediped® is pronounced "peedy-ped", as in pediatric and ped (Latin for foot).
2. Where is pediped® footwear sold?
pediped® footwear is sold at select children’s boutiques and children’s shoe stores, in addition to our website. Please see the Store Locator for the authorized retailers nearest you. Additionally, the first pediped® Company Store is now open in Henderson, Nevada! Visit our Company Store page for store location and hours.
3. I am interested in carrying pediped® footwear in my store. What do I do?

4. I sent an email to customer service and I never got a response. What do I do?
We take pride in our superior customer service. We try to answer every email within 24-48 hours. Please make sure to provide correct email addresses and phone numbers so you can be reached. Also, sometimes our responses are marked as spam and sent to junk mail.
5. The style I would like to order is out of stock. How long before it is available again?
Unfortunately, it depends on the specific style, and we cannot always provide an exact amount of time. Please contact customer service at [email protected] to see when the style will be available. We also suggest contacting a retailer near you as they may still have the style in stock.
6. When will you be coming out with new styles?
We launch styles twice a year. Our Fall/Winter collection debuts in late summer and our Spring/Summer collection come outs in late winter.
7. Does pediped® offer price adjustments on discounted items?
Unfortunately, we do not. Discounts are only available during the allotted time. 8. What is the expiration of my pediped Reward points?
Reward points will be removed after 6 months of receiving them. Please keep in mind that any pediped account that is inactive from purchases within a year will decrease reward level status and will also have any earned rewards removed. We recommend to use them as soon as possible.
