




Customers in the continental US will receive a tracking number via email after their order has shipped. Customers may also access the tracking number once the order has shipped by signing into My Account. Depending on the shipping method, the tracking number can be used to track a package at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com. All orders ship from Henderson, Nevada. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after placing it, please email us at customerservice@pediped.com.
Customers within the continental US who have placed an order with Ground shipping may use the map below for an estimated delivery time. Please note that shipping times are estimated in number of business days for FedEx Ground delivery and are not guaranteed. FedEx Ground shipping may deliver on Saturdays. All orders ship from Henderson, Nevada.

Within the Continental US, you may order FedEx 2-day shipping for $10 and FedEx Overnight shipping for $20. To ensure that 2-Day and Overnight orders are shipped the same day they are placed, these orders must be placed by 2pm PST; otherwise they will ship the next business day.
Please note that the delivery time for 2-Day and Overnight shipping does not include weekends. For example, if you place your order on Friday morning, the order will ship on Friday afternoon and arrive on Monday (with Overnight shipping) or Tuesday (with 2-Day Express Shipping).
Orders placed by retailers are shipped via FedEx Ground. If they wish, retailers may also use their own account with a company such as FedEx or UPS to ship their orders. Please email customerservice@pediped.com with any questions regarding shipping.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, please place each order separately.

- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- All expedited orders require a street address.
- You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
- pediped footwear® does not ship to freight forwarders.
