In-store pickup is available for customers of the Las Vegas/Henderson area of Nevada. If you wish to pick up your online order in the store, please place your order by 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Orders can be picked up Tuesday through Friday between 9:30am and 5:00 pm. Please allow two hours after you place your order for the order to be ready. Additional Shipping Details

Ground shipping is FREE in the US (not including territories; minimum $35 purchase required). Ground orders will be delivered via FedEx or the US Postal Service, depending on the destination. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

This map shows the estimated number of business days for Ground delivery in the continental US. Estimates are not guaranteed.

2-Day FedEx Express is available for $10 in the continental US (not including AK, HI or territories). Overnight delivery is available for $20 in all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. A signature may be required upon delivery, and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. 2-Day Express and Overnight delivery may not be available for some zip codes.

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internet orders to Africa (any country), Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan,  Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Croatia, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, or Vietnam. Orders placed by retailers are shipped via FedEx Ground. If they wish, retailers may also use their own account with a company such as FedEx or UPS to ship their orders. Please email customerservice@pediped.com with any questions regarding shipping. 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, please place each order separately.

Additional Rules and Restrictions

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• All expedited orders require a street address.
• pediped^® footwear does not ship to freight forwarders.
