pediped® footwear wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products 100%, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any pediped® footwear product in its original condition within 30 days; we can replace any defective merchandise within 90 days (Terms & Conditions apply*).


We are sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Simply follow the instructions below for your return/exchange. Please feel free to email customerservice@pediped.com with any questions.

Step 1: Request a return/exchange online
  1. Login to your Account and click on Order History.
  2. Click on the Details button next to the order with the items you wish to return/exchange.
  3. Check the box to the left of the items you wish to return or exchange, then click Return/Exchange Items.
  4. Please click either the circle next to Return OR the circle next to Exchange, then specify a reason from the drop-down menu.
  5. For Returns, please enter your email address and payment information (for any applicable charges). For Exchanges, please enter your billing and shipping addresses, email address, and payment information (for any applicable charges and/or credits). Click Submit.
  6. You will be taken to a confirmation page that says “Your exchange/return request is complete.” Please include a printed record of your return/exchange in your shipping box along with your merchandise. To print this record, click the Print button on the right side of the screen. Use your browser’s print settings to print the page. You will also receive email confirmation of your return/exchange.

Step 2: Ship original merchandise back to pediped®:
  1. Package the return/exchange page and the original merchandise with appropriate shipping materials.
  2. Use a courier of your choice to ship the package. pediped® highly recommends a courier such as UPS or FedEx that provides a tracking number for your shipment. Please ship the package to

  3. Please allow 3-5 days in addition to shipping time for your order to be processed.

If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

If a shipping error occurred on our part (that is, pediped® shipped you the wrong shoes), we will gladly reimburse you for your return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge.

Exchanges may be provided if the merchandise was purchased at a registered pediped® footwear retailer. However, items are not eligible for a return unless they were purchased at www.pediped.com or via phone with our customer service representatives. To exchange merchandise purchased from an authorized pediped® retailer, follow these steps:

  1. Please download, print, and fill out our Exchange Form and include it in your package.
  2. To cover shipping costs for the new item, please include a credit card number or a check payable to pediped® footwear for $5 (US), $10 (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), or $15 (International). Exchanges will not be processed without payment.
  3. Package your original merchandise, payment method, and completed Exchange Form with appropriate shipping materials and use a courier of your choice to ship the package. pediped® highly recommends a courier such as UPS or FedEx that provides a tracking number for your shipment. Exchanges or store credit may be provided if the gift was purchased at a registered pediped® footwear retailer. We can process a return only if the gift was purchased at www.pediped.com or via phone with our customer service representatives. To exchange a gift or request store credit:

  1. Please download, print, and fill out our Return/Exchange Form and include it in your package.
  2. If you wish to make an exchange, please include a credit card number or a check payable to pediped® footwear for $5 (US), $10 (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), or $15 (International) for the cost of shipping the new item. Exchanges and returns will not be processed without payment.

pediped® will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meets the following conditions:

  • Exchanges may be provided if the merchandise was purchased at a registered pediped® footwear retailer. Only items purchased at www.pediped.com or ordered via phone with our customer service representatives are eligible for a return.
  • Merchandise must be exchanged/ returned in its original condition and received within 30 days of original purchase (invoice date). We are unable to accept merchandise for exchange, return, or store credit after this time period. The shoes must be returned in their original boxes and in good condition. pediped® reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. We will charge $2.50 for shoes returned in damaged boxes or no boxes.
  • Please note that pediped® is only able to exchange defective merchandise for the same style and size as the defective pair and the exchange must be made within 90 days of original purchase. SPECIAL NOTE: Any orders that were purchased with a promotion (not including a free shipping code) are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes the Purchases with Purpose™ fundraiser footwear or any other special promotions (including shoes that were awarded or free).
  • If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
  • If a shipping error occurred on our part, such as shipping the wrong shoes, we will gladly reimburse you for your return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge. Unfortunately, pediped® cannot provide compensation for late deliveries due to delays on the part of the courier (FedEx, USPS, etc.).
