We Offer FREE Online Returns in the US (50 states only)

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

You will be able to print a pre-paid shipping label for returns in the US (50 states only). You may return any pediped® products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns take 2-3 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method. pediped® reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Items Returned After 30 Days
If you return an item after 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and is eligible for store credit only. You will be able to print a shipping label for $6.95 (in the 50 US states only) or use your own carrier. If you use your own carrier, we recommend using a traceable delivery method. pediped® is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note we do not accept returns after 90 days.

Final Sale / Promotional Items
Final sale items, including Purchases with Purpose™ fundraiser footwear, are not eligible for return. Items that were awarded or free are not eligible for return.

Gift Returns
If you have received a gift that you would like to return, the item must be a current item on our website to be eligible for credit. You will receive a credit for the current selling price. If your item is eligible for a return, please start by creating an account on pediped.com and then click the Returns button. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

Returns Involving Gift Cards
Any returns on purchases made with a gift card will result in a credit being issued to the customer’s pediped® account.

Exchanges
We do not perform exchanges at this time. We suggest placing a new order to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible and returning the items that you do not want.

Not completely satisfied?
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase. Please complete this form. This is a convenient way for you to tell us about the issue without first having to return your purchase. You will be able to provide order information, photos and a brief description of the problem and will receive a response within two business days.
