If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of any product in its unused, original condition for a full refund of the purchase price (within 30 days of the purchase date) or for store credit (within 90 days of the purchase date).

  • You may return any pediped products in their original, unused condition.
  • Returns take 2-3 weeks to process.
  • Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • pediped reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. When you make a return you will be able to print a prepaid shipping label.

After 30 Days

You can return items for store credit up to 90 days from the purchase date. You will be able to print a shipping label for $6.95 or use the carrier of your choice. (If you opt for your own carrier, we recommend using a traceable delivery method.) pediped is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note that we do not accept returns after 90 days.

International Return Shipping

Final Sale / Promotional Items

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Items that were awarded or free are not eligible for return.

Gift Returns

If you have received a gift that you would like to return, the item must currently be for sale on our website to be eligible for credit. You will receive store credit for the current selling price. If your item is eligible for a return, please create an account or sign in to an existing account, then click Returns. Store credit for gift returns does not include return shipping fees.

Returns Involving Gift Cards

Any returns on purchases made with a gift card will result in a credit being issued to the customer’s pediped account.

Exchanges

We do not perform exchanges at this time. We suggest placing a new order to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible and returning the items that you do not want.

Not completely satisfied?

We will gladly replace any defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase. Please complete this form. This is a convenient way for you to tell us about the issue without first having to return your purchase. You will be able to provide order information, photos and a brief description of the problem and will receive a response within two business days.
