RUDY GLOCKER JOINS PEDIPED™ FOOTWEAR AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Henderson, NV - - (August 2008) - - Rudy Glocker has joined pediped™ as a Managing Partner and will serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the children's footwear company. Rudy will focus his efforts on recruitment and management of the sales team, retailer relations and the international expansion of pediped™ into new markets.

Prior to joining pediped™, Rudy spent ten years at Goldman, Sachs & Company, working in both their New York and Boston offices. He served as a Vice President of the firm and was responsible for selling financial products to some of the firm's most important clients. During his tenure at Goldman, Rudy dealt with companies from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, the United States and Asia.

Rudy's experiences before Goldman, Sachs varied from coaching to financial products to retail. Rudy began his professional career as head football coach of the Karlskrona Seahawks, an American football team in Southern Sweden where he helped lead them to their only division championship. Rudy then refocused his career to finance when he joined Credit Suisse in a proprietary fixed income group. Following this, he worked for a sporting goods wholesaler in Minsk, Belarus which distributed Spalding Sporting Goods in the former Soviet Union. During his tenure there, Rudy was responsible for credit policy, new business initiatives/partnerships and wholesaler relations.

Rudy attended Harvard Business School, where he met pediped™ Footwear co-Founder Brian Edgeworth. They both earned their MBA degrees in 1998. Rudy also has a Bachelor and Masters of Arts in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University, awarded in 1991 and 1993, respectively. While attending Penn State, Rudy played varsity football for four seasons. He also served as President of the Student Athlete Advisory Board and as President of the Graduate Student Association. In 2006 Rudy was named the Outstanding Young Alumnus of the Penn State Political Science Department.

Rudy serves on the Board of Trustees of the non-profit Aloha Foundation, Fairlee, Vermont. He enjoys diving, golf, hiking, reading and skiing.
