How to change or cancel my order?

After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you generally cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time ship the same day (US and Puerto Rico only; excludes weekends and holidays).

If your order was placed during working hours (8am to 1pm PST), please call us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to stop the shipment. Unfortunately, the order process is automated, so we may not be able to stop the shipment if it has already been processed. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Exchange and Return Instructions.

Please note: Items purchased at www.pediped.com may only be returned to us. They cannot be returned to a department store or specialty store. Please feel free to contact us at customerservice@pediped.com if you have any questions about your order.
