pediped® has a very strict MSRP policy and does not allow the sale of it's product on auction sites such as eBay. Retailers who discount or sell on auction sites will not be shipped to again. Online sites that sell our product on eBay below MSRP will be actively removed by pediped®. In fairness to all its retailers, pediped® makes every effort to enforce MSRP. What is your lead time?
Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours. During peak shipping seasons this can extend to 1-2 weeks. We try to ship orders as soon as possible. pediped® is rarely out of stock on products and strives to keep all of its SKUs in inventory at all times.

How do I become a retailer?
Please fill out our Retailer Application form to be considered. Applications are generally answered within 24-48 business hours.

Why do you not permit selling on auction sites such as eBay?
Retailers that sell pediped® products on eBay have consistently violated the suggested MSRP. In order to protect our brick and mortar retailers, the company's policy is to stop eBay auctions and not support retailers who sell on eBay.

What is your minimum order requirement?
24 pairs for opening orders, 12 pairs for reorders. You may mix and match styles and sizes.If you have a licensed retail shop and would like to sell pediped® footwear, please complete the pediped® Retailer Application form. Our customer service department will respond within 24-48 hours. Thank you for your interest in pediped® footwear.

International Retailers:
pediped® offers the least expensive, quickest shipping and turnaround time for international customers. Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours and are shipped via FedEx International. They arrive within 7-10 business days. All freight, duty and customs clearance charges are included in the shipping costs. This means you know exactly what you are going to pay when you place the order. You can trust that you will receive your orders as quickly as possible. pediped® only accepts Visa, Mastercard or wire transfer in advance payments to international locations.
