pediped™ would like to invite you to be a part of the launch of our new RETAILER PORTAL. The new retailer portal is meant to be a fast and easy way you can place your orders online with us. This will replace the current way of ordering pediped shoes through our website. It will also ensure the quickest turnaround for your products and accurate shipping .

Please note that the retailer portal is a brand new program that pediped™ is using. Because this is brand new there may be some delays in the system. Because of this, we are asking for your feedback.

How to use the portal

Instructions on how to use the portal will appear once you login.

1) Request a password. http://retailers.pediped.com/RequestPassword.aspx Once you have submitted your email address, the portal will verify your submitted email address with our accounting software and generate a password and send it to you via email. The email address you submit must be on file in our accounting software. If it is not, please email or call us with the email address you prefer to be on file.

2) Log in. http://retailers.pediped.com/login.aspx

3) Agree to terms by checking the box at the bottom of the page. Please make sure to read the pediped™ terms and conditions.

4) Click on the item you would like to purchase. An image will pop up. Click on the quantity that you would like to purchase. If you would like to search for something you may use the scroll bar or entering by first name or sku (for example, Caroline or 101) in the search field.

5) Checkout. Your account information has already been set up for you and unfortunately, at this time, you will not be able to edit this information yourself. You will have to fax, email or telephone any changes to your account, such as address, credit card, email address (to prevent fraud).

You may click on CART (upper right hand side of the screen) at any time to view your shopping cart and make any necessary changes.
