Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you generally cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time ship the same day.
Only in special circumstances, if your order was placed during working hours (8 to 1p PST), please call us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to stop the shipment. Unfortunately, this process is automated, so we may not be able to stop the shipment if it has already been processed.
Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Exchange and Return Instructions. Returns should be made to pediped™.
Please note: Items purchased on www.pediped.com may only be returned us. They cannot be returned to a department store or specialty store.
