When downloading the pediped printable sizing guide refer to these instructions:
1. Open the pediped® printable sizing guide by clicking here. Please make sure you have downloaded Adobe Reader.
2. Click on the printer icon or press the [Ctrl][P] keys to print.
3. Please make sure the Page Scaling is set to "None" and is NOT set to "fit to page" within the printing options.
4. To check that you have printed out the printable sizing guide correctly, the center ruler should measure 9" inches.
Please be sure to follow the printing directions for the sizing chart. If it does not print at 100% you will not be getting accurate results and your shoes will not fit.
*Note: Length measures inner length of shoe.
Selecting the correct size is important. Since each child’s foot is unique, no two children will have the same fit for any given shoe size. Please make sure to carefully follow our guidelines.
Have you measured your child's feet recently?
To make sure shoes are fitted correctly, both feet should be measured every time a new pair of shoes is bought. Ideally, visit a children’s shoe store and have them fit your child.
Try on the shoes.
If you are unsure about sizing, one way to determine the correct size is to visit a store and try on various sizes. Over 2500 pediped® retailers can be found on our store locator. We encourage you to visit one of these retailers for your shoe purchase to ensure you get just the right size.
Make sure your child is standing when you measure their feet.
Proper fitting should always be done while standing, since feet happen to spread out in this position.
Can your child wiggle their toes?
Toes should be able to wiggle quite freely and not be restricted by the shoe.
