

ORDER TRACKING:
Customers in the continental US will receive a tracking number after their order has shipped. They may track the package at www.fedex.com using this tracking number. Customers may also log into their account at www.pediped.com and click on the tracking number for shipment information.
At this time, we do not have the ability to track orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada and other international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All orders are shipped FOB from the shipping point. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days after placing it, please email us at orderstatus@pediped.com.
EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US:
You may order express shipping within the Continental US for $10. Your order will ship FedEx 2-day delivery. Please note that the delivery time does not include weekends. For example, if you place your order on Thursday night or Friday morning the order will ship on Friday afternoon and arrive on Tuesday.
EXPRESS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US:
Express shipping rates vary for destinations outside of the US. For an express shipping quote please email customerservice@pediped.com.
APO/AFO AND BFPO ADDRESSES:
Yes, we do ship to APO/AFO and BPFO addresses. You are able to place your order online or over the phone. When placing the order online, please type 'APO' or 'BPFO'for your city, type 'AP' or 'BP' for your state and choose your country. Please make a note on the order that you are shipping to an APO/AFO or BPFO address.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Customers within the continental US may use the chart below for an estimate of their delivery time. Please note that the shipping time is estimated in number of business days for standard ground delivery.
