ORDER TRACKING:

Customers in the continental US will receive a tracking number after their order has shipped. They may track the package at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com using this tracking number. Customers may log into their account at www.pediped.com and click on the tracking number for shipment information. All orders ship from Henderson, NV. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after placing it, please email us at customerservice@pediped.com.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US:

You may order FedEx 2-day express shipping within the Continental US for $10. You may order FedEx Overnight shipping within the Continental US for $20 for FedEx overnight delivery. Please note that the delivery time does not include weekends. For example, if you place your order on Friday morning the order will ship on Friday afternoon and arrive on Monday for overnight shipping. The order will arrive Tuesday for 2-Day express shipping. FedEx Express shipping does not deliver on Saturdays. FedEx ground does delivery on Saturdays.
