Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the same day (excludes holidays and weekends).

ORDER TRACKING:
Customers in the continental US will receive a tracking number after their order has shipped.  They may track the package at www.fedex.com using this tracking number.
OR
Customers may log into their account at www.pediped.com and click on the tracking number for shipment information.

At this time, we do not automatically sending tracking numbers for packages shipped via USPS.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  All orders ship from Henderson, NV.  If you do not receive your order within 15 business days after placing it, please email us at customerservice@pediped.com.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US:
You may order FedEx 2-day express shipping within the Continental US for $10.  You may order FedEx Overnight shipping within the Continental US for $30 for FedEx overnight delivery.
Please note that the delivery time does not include weekends. For example, if you place your order on Friday morning the order will ship on Friday afternoon and arrive on Tuesday.   FedEx Express shipping does not deliver on Saturdays.  Keep in mind, FedEx ground does delivery on Saturdays.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US:
Express shipping rates vary for destinations outside of the US. For an express shipping quote please email  customerservice@pediped.com.  

PO, APO/AFO AND BFPO ADDRESSES:
Yes, we do ship to PO, APO/AFO and BPFO addresses.  You are able to place your order online or over the phone.  When placing the order online, please type 'APO' or 'BPFO' for your city, type 'AP' or 'BP' for your state and choose your country.  Please make a note on the order that you are shipping to an APO/AFO or BPFO address.  All packages ship via USPS.

Customers within the continental US may use the chart below for an estimate of their delivery time. Please note that the shipping time is estimated in number of business days for standard FedEx ground delivery.

Retailers are shipped via FedEx Ground.  For delivery times, use the chart below for an estimate of delivery time.
