When can I expect my order?
Shipping times from Henderson, NV vary depending on location.  Please see our shipping page for the estimated shipping time to your area. Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the same day (weekdays).  If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please email us at customerservice@pediped.com and we will track your parcel.  Shipments to non-continental US states typically take 7-14 business days from the order date. Shipping times to international destinations vary depending on location.

How can I check order status?
You may check your order status on our website. Simply log in to your account and you will see your order number and tracking information. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be linked to the FedEx page where you may check your delivery status.

Can I return/exchange the shoes?
Yes. We are happy to return or exchange shoes within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Exchange & Return Policy for details.

Can I return shoes to a retailer?
Unfortunately, we do not have control over whether stores will exchange them for you. Each store has their own policy on returns/exchanges. We are happy to exchange any unworn shoes in their original packaging.

How can I carry pediped^® shoes in my retail store?
You may fill out our new retailer application form and someone will contact you shortly. Make sure to include your federal tax ID, resale number and store address. Please note that we are not accepting new online accounts at this time.

Are these shoes appropriate for wide feet?
pediped Originals™ accommodate the chunkiest of little feet. Designed with soft and flexible leather, and a high in-step, pediped^® are designed to accommodate all sorts of feet.
pediped Flex^® was designed with many shapes of children's feet in mind. Most styles come with an insole that may be removed if the child's foot needs extra room in the shoe. The leather Flex^® styles stretch to allow extra room for wider feet. In order to find the perfect size, we suggest trying on the shoes at a retailer near you. If you are unable to visit a store, we suggest using the EU or US sizing standards listed by the styles.

When will an out-of-stock style be available again?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the style to become available again. If you need the shoes sooner, we suggest contacting a retailer near you, as they may still have the style in stock.

Where are pediped™ shoes sold?
pediped^® footwear is sold at select children’s boutiques and children’s shoe stores. Please see our store locator for the stores nearest you.

How do I care for pediped^® shoes?
Please see the Care Instructions page for specific directions on how to care for pediped^® footwear.

Are bigger sizes available?
Currently pediped Originals^® are available up to size 18-24 months.  pediped  Flex^® for children ages 2 - 5+ are available up to Euro size 29.

When do your shoes go on sale?
At this time, we do not sell our shoes at a discounted rate. Instead, we donate discontinued styles to charity. For a list of charities we donate to, please see our charitable donations page.

Do you sell single shoes?
We do not sell single shoes at this time.

How do I find the correct size for my little one?
Little feet do not always grow at the same rate. In order to find the perfect pediped Originals™ size for your child we suggest printing off our printable sizing chart and measuring his or her foot against it. We suggest adding 1/4" to the length so that little toes have some wiggle room. Please make sure to print the document off at 100%.
Unlike pediped Originals^®, we do not suggest using length to find the correct size for pediped Flex^® shoes. With the rubber soled styles, the girth of the child's foot has much to do with how well they fit. Also, each style may fit your child's foot differently. To find the best size, we suggest trying the shoes on at a retailer near you. If the store does not carry the Flex^® line, please request directly to the store that they carry the line. If you are unable to visit a store, we suggest using the EU or US sizing standards listed by the styles.
